Junior School Council Book Sale

Each year our Junior School Councils hold a book sale to raise money for Indigenous Literacy.  Students were asked to donate unwanted books before the sale and we were thrilled with the response.  The Junior School Councillors worked tirelessly to set up the book sale and manage the sales on the day.

The response from the school community is excellent and the last sale raised over $1000 dollars for the Indigenous Literacy Foundation.  The Indigenous Literacy Foundation (ILF) aims to raise literacy levels and improve the lives and opportunities of Indigenous Australians living in remote and isolated regions. To find out more about it, visit the ILF website here.

Congratulations to all the Junior School Councillors for this annual event and thank you to everyone who supportes the project.
